Thanks for the questions.
I’m going to put the PS first… then the quick answer….
PS: I have a few granddaughters. Someday, those girls will be with men…. they could be with authentic men…… men who have worked through their dumb shit….. men who are naturally fun, funny, and contributing to the world… or they could be with men who want to build more dumb shit into the world….
NOW… Here’s the quick version.
NLP can be used in a few primary ways.
One of them is to get other people to do things, like buy your stuff or give you a hummer. (The automobile, wink.)’
That’s fun, it can be useful, but it can become a huge trap, especially when the reward or goal is something powerful as sex and relationships…. I have seen way to many kool guys get stuck here….
So….
Another use for NLP is for personal growth.
Using NLP to engage personal growth is so rare nowdays, using NLP to transform your entire life, not by changing what people are doing on the outside, but by changing how YOU experience life on the inside.
Last night, for example, Carol and I were talking about “Peacocking” since it came up on the ning site.
Peacocking as they do it is bullshit, a substitute for something really kool.
Think about this, you can wear something “out there” to get attention….. which is basically one method of peacocking…. Attract the girl, get the response based on something external…. Or you can experience something so AUTHENTICALLY that you become hyper magnetic and alive.
Live a patterned life: A boa…. a line… a pattern… a anchor…. Anything but YOU.
OR
Live an authentic life. You can NOT DO BOTH.
That happened last night when the ash from my cigar fell off.
That does not sound like a big deal, but the authenticity that showed up IN ME…. it was priceless…. and it would have been one of those moments where my attractiveness and authenticity were to the max.
To try to duplicate THAT MOMENT which I was in the flow enough to allow….
With Peacocking…. let me paint my fingernails black and wear a boa….

So the point of all this…..

Either you engineer your entire life, and approach to life, feeling powerless deep inside, and building in a fake bullshit power level, like peacocking, or having to use so much nlp to make the girl feel good, instead of letting YOU show up…..
Letting YOU show up is so rare in our society…. anyhoo….
Or….
You use NLP to loosen up the grips all the bullshit patterns have on you… so you show up more…. and that invites them to show up more…. which invites you and them and others to show up more….
And at that point, any use of NLP for “them” to do something, is just for entertainment, and something you won’t be much interested in……
Because you are experiencing real power.
